Where do I begin? Riverbend Consulting literally was a godsend. I was hit with a new violation I’ve never seen before called “The Unsuitable Inventory Investigations Policy” The initial notification from Amazon stated they would deactivate the troubled ASIN along with ASIN(S) in relations to the brand, withhold my funds, hold my inventory until we resolve the issue, required me to verify my identity and be subjected to a Section 3 suspension if they decide to. It was a horrible experience. I made the mistake of trying to resolve it on my own. My appeals were not getting accepted. Lost, confused, and scared, I thought this would be the end of my Amazon career. In my deepest and darkest moments, I decided it was time to get help from an expert.
I was not in the right state of mind when researching but I willed myself through it. I reached out to 3 companies. Company A was considered the top tier. They were top of Google search and most talked about on reddit. Company B was an actual lawyer running as an Amazon lawyer for Amazon sellers. Then there’s Riverbend Consulting. • Company A even though they were the most recommended, took too long to respond to me, made me fill out a lengthy questionnaire before being able to schedule a call with their screener. They were by far the most expensive as well.
• Company B sent me an e-mail pretty much next day. Had me fill out a lengthy questionnaire and gather documents to submit to them before I could schedule a phone call. I decided not to go with Company B.
• Riverbend sent me an e-mail the next day. What was different about their e-mail was they had a schedule a call today button. I decided to take a chance and scheduled a call for that same day. It was the therapy and relief I needed. I discussed my case with Jonathan and he was able to cover all my concerns and fears. What really sold me was they were well aware of the violation and the brand Amazon was targeting. They dealt with similar cases to mine and resolved them which put my mind at ease. I was finally getting my uncertainty regarding this case resolved with real facts. The best and shocking part was their pricing was very reasonable! I hired them as my consultant on the spot.

This process ultimately worked for us, but I recognize it may not work for everyone. Amazon is a massive organization, and smaller sellers often struggle to be heard. We are a nonprofit that had been selling on Amazon for more than ten years before our account was suspended due to a copyright infringement claim. The infringement did not occur, but because the publisher selected that option in Amazon’s reporting dropdown, we were incorrectly flagged.
Despite following every instruction Amazon provided—including contacting the rights holder through the email Amazon listed, which led us to a law firm—we could not get Amazon to acknowledge the documentation confirming that we had resolved the issue. Even though Amazon directed us to obtain that information, they refused to consider it once we submitted it. At that point, we were close to giving up.

Leaving 3 stars cause they worked in good faith however if your Amazon account was shutdown due to selling white-label generic products on brands you don’t have permission for, for example any form of Retail Arbitrage, Riverbend cannot help you. Don’t let them convince you they can. Save the money and move on.
