She has personally helped hundreds of third-party sellers get their accounts and ASINs back up and running. Lesley leverages two decades as a small business consultant to advise clients on profitability and operational performance. She has been an Amazon seller for almost a decade, thanks to her boys (18 and 12) who do most of the heavy lifting.
Joe is co-founder and co-owner of Riverbend Consulting, where he manages the sales and advertising teams. Joe also heads up the brand partnership and referral divisions. He has founded and run successful businesses in multiple industries including e-commerce and wholesale/manufacturing. Joe loves spending time with his wife and kids. He can be found playing catch with his boys and even drawing princess pictures with his daughter!
Lauren helps clients find real-world, scalable solutions to their problems and translates them through the Amazon lens. Lauren worked for Amazon for nearly 12 years, first in Seller Performance Operations, then on the business teams managing Seller Performance programs. She tirelessly worked to address authenticity, fraud, money laundering, and condition, all while providing front-line support to Amazon executives via high-level escalations. Julie worked as an Amazon Seller Performance investigator for product quality. She then transferred to an Amazon warehouse as a learning manager. She and her husband, an active-duty Coast Guardsmen of 22 years, volunteer to feed the homeless, walk dogs at animal shelters, and mentor children from the Coast Guard Academy. Julie also crochets blankets for NICU babies and loves spending time with their young grandson!
Ally joined Riverbend with a background in advertising and design. She contributes to everything design related including marketing campaigns, proposal decks and the Riverbend website interface. She applies her strategy of design thinking from the Pratt Institute and experience in multiple fields, including fashion, editorial, and nonprofits. Ally is inspired by music, mindfulness and traveling to experience different cultures. When she is not in the office she may be planning, or dreaming about her next trip overseas with a coffee in hand.

Jack is newly married and loves spending time with his wife in NYC.

With a degree is in Criminology and Criminal Justice, Kayleigh is inquisitive, process-oriented and pays close attention to detail. Kaitlin is dedicated to assisting Amazon sellers with product and seller specific appeals for ASIN and Account reinstatement. She applies her strong knowledge base from decades of work in various fields, including legal assistance, custom art productions, public relations and distribution for several independent companies. In her off-time, Kaitlin is a passionate editor, writer and promoter for aspiring authors, musicians and visual artists. She holds a great fondness for all animals, plants and the creative endeavors of all humans.
Laurie keeps our monthly and weekly reports running smoothly. She also keeps up with client notifications. Laurie recently retired from teaching 1st grade, which is evident in her patience and organization. Laurie is married with 3 children. She and her family love animals, gardening, the beach and the mountains.
Emanuela leads the monthly services team. She stays on top of critical performance metrics and ensures we secure every owed reimbursement, to keep our clients ahead of game. Emanuela’s background in e-commerce includes leading and empowering teams to work more efficiently. She loves to see a team take off on its own, become independent thinkers and problem solve together. Emanuela is a full-time foodie who loves to cook and create vegan dishes. She is also a long-time aficionado and teacher of the classical Pilates method.

Angela was also a vetting specialist to ensure that only the best and most qualified sellers were approved to move forward and sell in the specialty categories. They were high touch candidates who frequently reached out and she provided excellent customer service all the way up to handling Jeff Bezos escalations. In her free time, she enjoys books. playing with her dog Tellar and crafting.
Kayla focuses on appeals for Amazon account and ASIN reinstatements. Kayla has 4 years of Amazon experience where she worked in Seller Support and as an Investigation Specialist. In those roles, Kayla dealt with escalations and focused on FBA, intellectual property rights, as well as brand and product gating. When not helping clients save their Amazon accounts, Kayla can be found gardening or cooking with her two children and husband.
Leah is a core team member who was with Riverbend the day it launched. She oversees onboarding of new clients and employees. She also handles all administrative assignments and ensures that communication flows smoothly between consultants and clients. Leah is a proud mother, and when not at work, she volunteers with an Animal Rescue Group called Shelter2Rescue Coalition.

Matt spent 20+ years building processes for Amazon's Seller Support and Customer Service departments. Founding manager of Executive Seller Relations, Matt drove hundreds of policy and process changes for Sellers through his Seller Experience Deep Dive and Seller Trust programs for Amazon executives, exposing members of Amazon's senior management to the challenges of life as an Amazon Seller. In his off hours, enjoys being a grandpa to his seven grandchildren. Matt is an avid reader and has provided coaching and first-draft feedback to authors.
