Lesley is co-founder and co-owner of Riverbend Consulting, where she oversees the firm’s client services team. She has personally helped hundreds of third-party sellers get their accounts and ASINs back up and running. Lesley leverages two decades as a small business consultant to advise clients on profitability and operational performance. She has been an Amazon seller for almost a decade, thanks to her boys (18 and 12) who do most of the heavy lifting.

Lauren worked for Amazon for nearly 12 years, first in Seller Performance Operations, then on the business teams managing Seller Performance programs. Emanuela leads the monthly services team. She loves to see a team take off on its own, become independent thinkers and problem solve together. Emanuela is a full-time foodie who loves to cook and create vegan dishes. Matt spent 20+ years building processes for Amazon’s Seller Support and Customer Service departments. Founding manager of Executive Seller Relations, Matt drove hundreds of policy and process changes for Sellers through his Seller Experience Deep Dive and Seller Trust programs for Amazon executives, exposing members of Amazon’s senior management to the challenges of life as an Amazon Seller. In his off hours, enjoys being a grandpa to his seven grandchildren. Matt is an avid reader and has provided coaching and first-draft feedback to authors. He also is a dedicated MMO gamer and guild leader with his wife, Veronica.

Serena is a creative jack-of-all trades who enjoys nail art, resin art and costume creation in her downtime.

Tina oversees the Riverbend brand, manages our social media and online presence, and assists with client outreach. In addition, she coordinates our participation at industry conferences and trade shows. When Tina starts pacing and brainstorming, the rest of us take cover. Tina brings her creative energy to Riverbend by day and moonlights as a ringleader to her four children.

Cait provides support to our clients and our operations team. She creates meaningful monthly reports that help us identify trends in client accounts. In addition, she helps manage workflow and ensure everything runs smoothly. Cait spent two years in Amazon Seller Support, where she specialized in feeds, variations, escalations, product compliance and gating. In her off time enjoys baking and exploring with her two daughters.

Tara helps guide sellers through Riverbend’s many services. She’s likely the first voice a new client hears when calling the office, and she more than likely has a coffee in hand during that call. Her background as an event planner has equipped Tara to juggle an endless number of tasks. Outside of the office, Tara can be found listening to true crime podcasts, laughing at dog memes and enjoying time with her family.

Aime worked for a small Healthcare IT company where she wore many hats including executed a full healthcare innovation event, and planning and attending the national Healthcare IT convention.​ In her spare time, she sings with her mother in the Arcadian Chorale, they have even performed at Carnegie hall twice. She loves theater and ushering at the Axelrod Theater in Deal NJ. She can be seen on stage or working backstage in a local community theater. Aime enjoys singing and all things theatre. A graduate of Secondary Education majoring in Mathematics, Cherry has an
eye for metrics and things that don’t quite add up. She uses her background
and extensive Amazon knowledge to keep sellers and our consultant team in
